I was just thinking about this lol. Every time I see a new page and haven't read in a while, I start to read it like it's a western made comic, since my eyes see a western artstyle. I automatically do the opposite when I see manga/anime artstyle. Seems to be the way my brain became wired xD

I tried that with the earlier pages... doesn’t always work. The reading direction should always be consistent to never throw off readers

Well even if they cant get pregnant, there are still needed just incase of STDs you know, even if both partners are clean, doesnt mean the the place around them is

The funny thing is I've read so much Manga that my eyes started to go right to left on reaction.

The reading direction has been consistent though. There doesn't seem to be a single page that reads left-to-right instead of right-to-left. Looking back through the comic, the closest examples I can find to support your point are panels 5-7 in post #2432928 and panels 1-3 in post #2450338 which may go right-left-right in panel reading order, but they still work just fine going from right-to-left.

Edit: I actually see what you mean now after reading the comments on post #2614008. In cases where you have a vertically rectangular panel with two square panels to the left/right of it, they do seem to follow a right-left-right panel order. See comment #5503797 and comment #5504368 for visual examples.

Also for tagging purposes: Can we get some clarification on which characters are hiro_(piporete) and taiki_(piporete)? We already know their names, but I'm not certain which is the wolf and which is the deer.

Aside from the animal character, Jin looks quite Japanesy which would imply that this is a manga and therefore it must be read from right-to-left. But a small arrow in the top right saying "read from here" might be helpful to western readers.
