    Canon, it's in the pilot.

Being the pilot its hard to say if they had the characters down yet, from the later episodes it seems like she hasn't had a boyfriend yet... Which... Hell so doesn't imply virgin, but yeah implications are mixed.

That's a very good point. She's mostly just "ansty" in the actual episodes. She's on her phone a lot and has a "i don't care, you beneath me" attitude but she seems a lot nicer and mysterious. Even when she said to mox the family wasn't innocent the way she look at the picture and talk about them felt like she was genuinely trying to help him. In the pilot she's very different, far more aggressive and she doesn't miss an opportunity to call someone's names and ridicule them we can assume she's sexually active and has anger and alcohol problem as well.

Anyway, If you want to get technical, I guess that maybe you could say that the cure for syphilis she was asking wasn't for herself but rather for a boy she wanted to have sex with but that seems far more in character for the final/episodes version of Loona. I think the Pilot version was meant to be sleeping around a lot (or at least acting like she was). I guess the author felt she was too unlikeable that way (it does feels quite forced to me and would probably get old quickly).

That's from first episode, when Blitzo gifted her a present and she asked something like "can it cure syphilis?"

"Is it a cure for Syphilis? No? Then I don't want it!"

I think it can be inherited if the mother has it, because she displays some of the symptoms of having it. but like you said, she acted like too much of a dork around Tex, so I think catching it from sex is looking less likely

Right, it can be inherited, and yeah the way she act around Vortex is definitely making this less likely (blushing at Tex simply touching her shoulder... I mean, come on). Futhermore, she also mentioned to tex she has no friends. While maybe being promiscuous might not bring her "true friends", I feel like if she was sleeping around as she claimed in the pilot, she wouldn't even mention being friendless (she would probably be quite popular). She's socially awkward in the actual episodes. To me, it's clear the pilot and final version are 2 different characters.
