    Because it WILL come up when artists draw her, so I suppose they decided to own it for the pic

    She actually has syphilis. Check the wiki mate.

    And to this comment, it's not false and the only reason why she doesn't look like a walking corpse is because physics don't apply to dead people in hell, being drawn in a cartoon story.
