Incorrect. The vulva is canine-esque but the internal layout is more related to a standard human, as the vestible/vagina go straight into the body, as opposed to curving up towards the anus before then curving again towards the body. A basic bitch wouldn't know that though.

Considering they're not real it's hard to be sure but interpretations can help. Dragons are often displayed as being reptilians so a cloaca would be the easiest choice.

It's like how some drew pokémons with a specific look that the community agreed upon.

Dragons don't exist on earth. There is absolutely NOTHING that says they don't.
Ancient myths & legends older than your entire familial line dating back 100 generations, are not historical documents.

There's also the problem that dragons are largely depicted with knots (To the point of it being the vast, VAST majority), which means that if anything would be considered to be the standard, it'd be that they have knots. Like canids.
Also, FYI (1): Canids (Dogs, wolves, etc) aren't the only species with knots. Vulpines (Foxes) also have them.

Also just an FYI (2): Most dragons with vaginas are depicted showing it as functionally human.
