    It's Elotes. Corn on the cob with butter, mayonnaise, and cojita cheese. Loona has more condiments on. You will often see vendors sell it at your local state fair, but it's much more common in Mexico. If you can find some or make some, give it a try. Very tasty. I eat it basically like she does.

    The caption also says "banderilla or elote or maybe it is both together." Banderilla is a word often used to describe a decorated stick of some kind. Often, it is used to refer to a corndog. So they are saying "Maybe elote, maybe corndog, or maybe both."
