IMO, the most important part missing here is the fluids mentioned in the description and the pullout. One thing I noticed is that the characters felt a bit weightless and slow at the beginning of the video, but their movements are a lot more convincing near the end of the animations as they get faster

If he can moan, he can breathe. Air has to be able to move out of you to use your voice.

A more realistic way to handle the sounds would have been to have him moan and yell when the dragon pulls out, which is cut off when the dragon thrusts in. Once he's pushed down to the knot, he wouldn't be able to use his voice, only gag and choke.

Really the main thing I think you could focus on is the animation.

That said, I think we're all crazy for the big dragons, deep penetration, everything else is near perfection. Just some less robotic motion and it'd me a masterpiece.

Not big criticism though, this is still one of my favorite things this year.
