i'd imagine the recoil, and lack of protection in general, would cause most army girls to refuse to wear something like this while shooting a gun that intimidating. models though? they'll pose with it as long as they don't have to FIRE it.

Just like the CheyTac Intervention uses .408 or .375 CheyTac rounds and not .50 BMG, like every idiotic Call of Duty fan seems to think. Specialty sniper rifles like these (which you would about never see on the frontlines because of their impractical nature in that environment) are specifically chambered by the company to force people to buy the ammunition from them.

Also, inb4shutupandfap, I don't even find the girl remotely attractive. I'm in here because I saw a Barrett rifle and wanted to read all the moronic 'hurr iz dat a barret 50 cal' comments.

Looks like a 50 cal. I'm a female, not in the military, and I got to fire off a few rounds. Brilliant! The recoil wasn't that bad at all, but the noise was! Then again, I don't know much about guns, but if you ever get the chance to fire off a big monster like this - do it!! :D

This thread is a prime example as to why our gun tags are extremely generalized lol

On a regular basis, goers of e621 look up the gun and female tags... then fight over what gun it is when the girl is in even the skimpiest of outfits. Well done team, well fucking done.

I'm a girl and I've fired both this model and the M82A2 that the Marines Issue (Not the civi version with the shorter barrel). I'm a gun nut but I must say the recoil is virtually non-existant. It isn't like most guns where it actually kicks against you, its more of a hard shove, like someone pushing you in the shoulder rather than punching. Just my 2 cents though.

Also the girl is hot :)
