    dude....that's not how this works.

    if the eye is under the hair but you stull wish to show it, you ought to get rid of the eye's color or dull it out to make it appear that the eye is under the hair due to its translucence.
    What is done here is that the eye looks like its ON TOP of the hair. Immersion breaking.
