That's not a cello, even though I think the artist intended for it to be...that's a bass.
Also that violinist's posture is going to give him scoliosis...and a broken wrist.

Cello or not, the artist is using the exact same model as is shown in the show.

As for the violinist, he is probably moving in response to the fact that her pants just fell down. The violin isn't even touching his neck, so I doubt he was playing that way.

Also, who cares? It's a picture.
