News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

  • Can't help but sympathize with Moxy here, I used to absolutely avoid needles at all cost if I could get away with it. But after my mom passed I get my blood work, vaccines and some injections I should of had when I was 13. I would of been much taller and my voice would of been much deeper, but eh I like my voice and can't help just being able to be healthier.

I really hope that Moxy didn't get a dud, I mean even with hormones suppressed her fantasizing is still a young mind being well teen aged, I assume 1 year is equal to 18 in human age?

    There is no dog-to-human-years equivalent.

Well still I would think it is just her being at a age (human teens or not) where being interested in handsome men is justified. Not just her hormones but just being at a age that crushing is a healthy thing.

To try and make an accurate representation of age for a dog compared to a human, there will be a ton of math involved.
First we have a general rule of 1 human year = 7 dog years.
However this doesn't really represent what a dog would be in years if they had the same lifespan as a human.
Most dogs live for 13-15 years, while humans currently have a life expectancy of 100 (Which is not to be confused with life average).
Meanwhile the life average of humans differs in different countries. Like in America it is between 60-70, while in Britain it is between 70-76ish. In Sweden it is a rough 80-90.
However, these averages change on a nearly daily basis, because trying to get a number on billions of people world wide, is very hard.

So if we take an make a thesis of a dog life expectancy is 15 years, and a human is 90 (To make the math a lot simpler).
Which would equalise to 1 dog year to 6 human years. But also since dogs live 6 times shorter lives.
We have to take the understanding of what is accounted as adult age, which in our case is 18+ we divide it by 6 to get 3.
So we can then add that she is 6-7 years by human standards but by dog standards she is a full adult.
Then we have to add in, that dogs are most sexually active during 1-5 years as a rough estimate.
So she would then equate to a young adult, which can have hormones going bananas in her head and body.

So it would be natural for her to still fantasize about such, even with hormonal suppressants.
This same issue was brought up in Star Trek, where a species only live for 9 years, and people screamed out about the Paedophilia about it.
And I expect people will do a better job with the mathematics and explanation about it, and probably correct me on things.

Whoa, whoa easy I am not a mathematical man. I use scale conversion calculators for my design work and such. Math is not even necessary here, because she is past the stage of "Boys give you cooties" or whatever canines have that is similar, she would be attracted to men of her fantasies or values. I know I have a thing for red heads myself, so maybe Moxy likes her Wolvish looks. I know that the cop who pulled her over was a breed of Shepard dog but subtle looks of a grey wolf, my whole point and Grim is free to correct me was if she has the emotional range of a human the shot could still be keeping her from being in heat, but her mind is on finding cute guys as any young straight female would be.

Basically she is old enough to find men attractive as officer Wayne is finding women attractive. There is no age equal in this according to Grim but she is old enough to have a heat cycle, she should also be of age to like looking at men.

Also another writer who has a inter species couple is Twokinds, Trace originally flipped out that Flora was 11 but in her species that is like a little more like 18. Grim isn't playing by those rules as far as they told me above. Based off that you can see any dog old enough to have a heat cycle is adult age. That about right Grim?

I was just saying I doubt the shots completely stop their minds from thinking about the attractive looks. Especially as she did describe Roxy as being a flurt (more THOT) at work. Hope I don't seem pedantic, just making my guesses and hoping this series lets the cast be themselves. Grim has a dark storytelling side, I want to see something bright as I feel this series has begun adorable. (No offence Grim)
