I've been reading a HiE fanfic called "Article 2" by Muppetz where Flutteshy has to use the stare on a U.S. Marine, literally forcing him to his knees. Afterwards he can barely stand to be in the same room with her without freaking out. Needless to say, the whole situation leaves her feeling like a bucket of fresh horse-apples. :(
