Just for clarification, that was not at all meant to be a fantasization of this character. It was intended as a joke about how I didn't reference anything sexual about the image in my comment. Apologies if it didn't come across that way. According to the report I got, the other time listed was on a post where the comment was entirely relevant to the content of the post, something along the lines of "I wish I could be that", which according to the rules, isn't something that should get a record. i do largely agree! and sometimes the moderation can be pretty heavy handed i admit. but it's a sizable site, and nuance is a finnicky thing. i just think the mod was more likely to be making an earnest attempt at enforcing policy than anything with ill-will involved. even if they were off the mark in this ruling--and i think that was the case too--i don't think they deserve to be panned and harassed about it.
