Far as I can tell, getting rid of suit would take just not calling him again. On the scale of ease of getting rid of a guy, that's pretty easy. What's hard is giving up on the options (money + suff) suit provides.

Personally I think some halfway ending isn't out of the question either.

Something open ended and not necessarily sad, but not a happy one either.

I just hope she finds someone who loves her and helps her through things, but yes, the chances of a bad ending are much higher than a happy one :c

But now, she's grown accustomed to actually having money… good food… clothes that don't have big holes… a roof over her head…

I'm not saying she should "make lemonade out of lemons". On the contrary. If this is doing this much damage to her mental state, then she should tell him she's done.
