Description

A traveling wolf mountaineer (a brave one at that considering his minimalist attire) stumbles upon a bathing facility attached to a remote resort high in the snowy mountains. One of the visitors invites him in to warm himself, or maybe more?

  • I kind of feel that this spa has quite a flawed business plan, being that it's on top of a bloody mountain and doesn't seem to charge any money for usage.

According to the description it's part of a resort, and those tend to be paid for in advance. So I assume they're just being hospitable (or after his wiener, who knows) and betting on there being no staff nearby.

  • A hot wolf girl inviting me in to a hot tub after traveling through freezing mountains. Hell yeah I'd join in. As long as the other dudes don't try anything.

First, it's a husky. And secound, they'd fight you in real life.

Why must people always take me seriously.

Look at your avatar. Look at it. How aren't we supposed to take everything you say at face value? :P

It's just a dog, I could do the same with a dragon in front of the US flag, would I get the same reaction?.. Oh wait, there's a tounge in your reply, please disregard my reaction to what I thought was a serious comment (though I am slightly curious...).

But this isn't real life, and that's what makes it so great... Don't worry gentlemen, we can do this, we have the creativity...

If I were her, I'd be thankful to have a customer who wasn't interested in the 'boys only' tub, just so I wouldn't have to go thirdsies on a minotaur dick.

I don't think there's a "boys only" tub. This bathhouse looks like it allows mixed bathing.

It's a very serious, stern-looking, business-type dog. Don't you ever experience this thing where you (unintentionally) personify someone's avatar, I mean as in it feeling like that's actually who you're talking to? Because I sometimes do. =/

Oh hell yeah I'm not alone!

Yes I actually do that almost all the time. To me an avatar is like a picture of a person online, while not being an actual picture of themselves...

The following is just an assumption:
You like pokemon, enjoy the water, and are border-line cute.

That's more or less the purpose of an avatar. It's the image you want to put out there for people to identify with you and your attitude.
Although people don't always get the right impression. In fact, there's some people on here who don't think I type all my comments drunk.

  • Place seems pretty swanky.

I like how each of the characters seem to be very defined and have their own personalities. The lax fox, the absolutely adorable panther couple on the right, the immersed leopard, the cutie deer (look at that butt just look at it!), and the double-attended bull, all relaxing and enjoying each others' company, albeit maybe a tad bored.

Maybe a newcomer will perk up the atmosphere?

  • This is a beautiful, professional, masterpiece, the detail is exquisite. I'd love it if you drew more pictures and added to this story. I'd love to read more.

Huh, I never really thought about it like that... but it does make a lot of sense. I sometimes get confused when some frequent commenter changes their avatar or two people have the same avatar.
Jugofthat and Gareth are actually good examples of people who have been permanently bound to their avatar in my mind... and people like Moon Moon, ippiki, NewbKitteh, Mikrofawn, Ivan56... and probablya few others.
(and e.g. DarkShadowFlame uses The Official Moon Moon Avatar™ and that sometimes causes confusion in m' brain.)

Anyways now I wonder what my choice of avatar makes people think about me. I mainly chose that one because I had an unhealthy obsession with that pic for a while. :P

I really like it when offhanded comments evolve into philosophical discussions like this. Feels almost like that degree wasn't completely wasted. (Like I am, as the avatar clarifies)

And I hope this is taken in the right way, but I feel like your name and avatar match up pretty well. I'm imagining someone trying to say 'Esmerelda,' while talking around a guy's balls in their mouth.

I don't think I could ever change my avi, even though it isn't a Deer, I'm too in love with the style to let it go.

  • I just realized that by dropping all those names there I effectively summoned y'all through the "search for myself in comments" feature, eh? I hadn't even thought about that. Atleast I didn't randomly drop the full name of the almighty ippiki ookami by accident anywhere! That woulda been disastrous. ;)

    @NewbKitteh:
Nooo... then noone will recognize your befuddled dragonface anymore. You can't just change your recognized internet face. D:

@Gareth: (and I just realized I didn't put in your full name... ah nevermind it was in the quote, right, right...)
Ah the pic plus my name, eh? That sounds like a neat theory you have there. I dislike my name on this site. The latter part of it always reminds me of Gandalf and in general it's just clunky. I guess that's why it fits with the mental/literal image (can something "literally" be an image?...) of gargling balls... but yeah the name is just a random permutation (anagram, rather) of my usual internet moniker because I was being paranoid when I made this account. xD

But back to the avatar: So due to your association of "Esmeralda", does that mean you're thinking of the depicted one as ambiguously gendered or female even? And how would that extend to the perception of my little e6 persona here?
Or in other words: Wait, are you implying I might not look like a total faggot here?!
(because in my mind the ambiguously gendered character in that pic is clearly a femboi ^^)

    @Mikrofawn:
*goes to the avatar'd post and tries to find a valid reason to flag it for deletion*
... *fails* ... Hey I never realized that that was a Falvie pic until I clicked it!
Well anyways, I guess you are stuck with that upside down non-deer for the forseeable future. Congrats. :P

#content #comments { max-width: 1200px; } Ahh finally a comments section whose width isn't tied to hi_res 'original' sized images stretching the page anymore...

You know you can change your user name right? At the top of the screen here just click ">>", go to the "Users" section and click "request username change". c:

Oh! That's pretty cool. I mean I don't know if I dislike my name enough to do anything about it just yet. I'll think about it. Thanks for the tip though!

I think you usually comment on demicoeur's stuff (and probably some other things that I also frequently look at)... so I just remembered you, is all.
Try not to worry about it too much ^^

It's a very long story, but I'll just say that it's just a little odd for me to be "recognized" by anyone here at all lol.
But suppose it's kinda nice. After all, this time just a few years ago, I wouldn't have had the courage to post comments here, even with the anonymity of the Internet. I guess I really have opened up a bit :)
Guess I can't change my Avatar or Username now XD

Now, I'm going to go stick my embarrassed head in the sand and never come back up again ever ever ever.
