Nope. Reptiles don't have separate pussy and anus. Just a cloaca. Some species even 'breath' with it.

As much as I love this picture, something about the neck looks really out of place.

Also the "standard anime bedroom eyes" on this dragon really throws me off; why go through all the trouble of having really detailed reptilian features and then get lazy with the eyes?

Anime/human eyes gives it a bit of anthro appeal. Check Nezumi. They aren't trying to make 100% feral beasts.
