Hm… a bit more anime-esque than I might have preferred - I like anime, but Fred's got a style all his own - but I can't lie, this pic does him plenty of justice.

To this day I keep a sword near by, incase Fred ever shows up. He is just too creepy, marvelously creepy yes, and a truly creative character. While he is ultimately harmless with what he does to you, it not what he does but how he does it. There is no stopping Fred, he will shave you, and he will do it slow, and tell you his life story as he does it. He could train FBI interrogators on torture.
