News: Feb 26, 2025 Show

Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

  • I can understand nick being reluctant cause a lot is going against him for a confession. If one really thinks about it. That would be one hell of a gamble to admit you are overall attracted to your best friend that is also your partner on the force and is a different species altogether to her.

buuuut at least in this context the feeling seems to be mutual :3 sooo the pressure is on, it is only a matter of time till he cracks ;)

  • No offense, man, but why bother with the pictograms if you make them so cryptic you need to give an explanation for each one of them? Just let the pictures do the talking. Unless you want to go for that rebus. Nothing wrong with a good riddle.

To be fair, you don't HAVE to read the description, it's just there like a cheat sheet in the back of a textbook. And people were complaining the last few pages, and even the artist decided the pictures don't work for complex conversations, so they decided to include the translations.

For the defense, I actually kind of like in that it is unique. On top of nice art and a cute scenario, even they way it is expressed is oddly cute. Extra odd ;)

I think his problem is more that there's a gun aimed at him than anything else. He's not reluctant, he's scared for his life.

  • I knew eventually the sexual tension between them would lead to Judy pointing some sort of gun at him one way or another.

The last couple needed help, but this one was pretty easy to figure out without the description based off what we're seeing in the comic. The cheat sheet is just there if you can't figure it out.

Also that, But he would be terrified to confess even if he was not at gunpoint
