"Dakka" is an onomatopoeia for automatic fire, and is used as a slang for firepower. "More Dakka" refers to the impossibility of having enough firepower. There can always be more barrels at larger calibre, and more soldiers and vehicles with such guns. The term comes from the Orks of Warhammer 40000 who are never satisfied with their weaponry and constantly improve them into gargantuan frankenguns.
