Medium Breasts are breasts that aren't "especially" large or small, the middle ground between small breasts and big breasts. Medium breasts could possibly be considered equivalent to around a B or C bra cup. Many images that could be tagged as "medium breasts" are only tagged "breasts"; medium sized breasts are especially common in Safe and Questionable rated images.

What Are "Medium" Breasts?

Here are some attributes of "medium" sized breasts:

• Typically perky, with little sag even when unsupported
• Unlike big breasts, there is usually distinct space on the chest between the breasts when exposed, and often minimal cleavage when clothed
• Unlike small breasts, they are distinct masses on the chest, if the breasts are only defined by hatched lines suggesting their shape, and they aren't clearly lined, it's more likely the character has small breasts
• Most often seen on athletic, slim and skinny body types, chubby and overweight characters with medium breasts are often pear bodied

Even with the above in mind, distinguishing medium breasts from the "smaller" side of big breasts in particular can be difficult and subjective, use your best judgment.
