Heffer Wolfe is a male Steer and a main character of the 1990's animated series Rocko's Modern Life. Heffer was found as a calf by a family of wolves, who initially wanted to fatten him up before eating him. Ultimately, they grew to love him and raised him as part of the family.

His notable characteristics are his love of food, acting like something of a man-child and a being sponge.
