Brionne (Japanese: オシャマリ Osyamari) is a sea lion Pokémon with a predominantly light-blue body covered with three ruffle-like growths. The first is just below its pectoral fins, while the third is just before its tail. Their color alternates between white and pale blue.

Its ears are made up of three parts which, from base to tip, increase in size and become lighter; the first segment is ovoid while the others are spherical. It has a long conical snout with a white tip, a round pink nose and large black eyes with pink pupils.

Its pectoral fins are much longer than its caudal fin, although they all have white tips. Its pectoral fins have three fingers.

It has evolved from Popplio, its ears changing in the process, white frills appearing around its midsection.
