A subset of incest, this very specifically refers to group sex scenarios in which two or more of the participants are related to each other, but they are not directly interacting with each other sexually.

For example, an image in which a brother and sister are participating in the bisexual sandwich threesome position, with the brother as the outside male. Although the siblings are technically engaging in a sexual act together, both of them are only interacting sexually with the center partner (usually male), as opposed to each other.

If the characters are not biologically related, use technical incest instead.
