Describes a visibly pregnant character, meaning that character is carrying one or more unborn offspring.
- For a pregnant male character, also tag pregnant_male.
- For a pregnant intersex character, also tag pregnant_intersex and the appropriate subset tag (pregnant_andromorph, pregnant_gynomorph, pregnant_herm, pregnant_maleherm).

- impregnation - A character becoming pregnant, usually depicted with an internal cutaway of sperm cells approaching or entering an ovum, or implied through dialogue.
- inflation - A character filled with an absurd amount of something, often cum, to the point where their body inflates to accommodate that thing. Due to its unrealistic nature, inflation depicted with a swollen belly logically disqualifies most characters from also being tagged pregnant. Decide which of inflation or pregnant is more likely given the supporting evidence in a post. Very rarely will a post substantiate both tags describing a single character.
