This tag describes breasts that appear especially "natural", detailed, or realistic — displaying breast physics (sagging, hanging, etc), as well as imperfections or peculiarities not often depicted in more common stylized or idealized art of breasts.

Breast "peculiarities" can include larger than average areolae or unusual nipple to areola ratios, puffy areolae/nipples, inverted nipples, nipples that point downwards or out to the sides, unevenness sized breasts, prominent bumps on the areola, breasts that sag realistically, breasts that are pointed, ovoid, or otherwise "unusually" shaped.

Note that a lack of this tag does not mean the breasts are unrealistic in size or shape, but that they don't display the above details that would set them apart from usual drawn depictions of breasts.

Tags Associated with Natural Breasts:

These are not exclusive to natural breasts, nor do breasts with these features automatically fall under "natural breasts", but these features are more likely to be found with "natural breasts":

• sagging breasts
• hanging breasts
• breasts apart

• veiny breasts
• stretch marks

• big areola
• puffy areola
• montgomery glands
• inverted nipples

Avoid Tagging

Breasts with these features should not be tagged as Natural Breasts:

• Unnatural lift that defies weight and gravity
• Spherical shape ("balloon breasts")
• Clear signs of breast augmentation (such as scars under the breasts)
• Hyper Breasts, with some exceptions
