A character having sex with the predator, usually while the predator has consumed, or is consuming, a third character. Also applies to a character having sex, and then getting eaten by their partner.

The prey character in a vore scenario having sex with a third character (not the predator), before, or while being consumed by the predator, if two prey characters are having sex after being consumed, see sex_inside_body below.

Two or more characters engaging in sexual activity while inside the body of the predator

A character being penetrated while inside the body of a character being penetrated — e.g. a character being swallowed, with their head in the predator's mouth, performing fellatio while the pred technically is being penetrated by the third character's penis too, or a character that is partially inside of the anus or vagina of another character, being penetrated by a third character.
