Realistic blood should be rated Questionable or higher. Posts featuring only cartoony blood (such as small anime-style nosebleeds) or minor cuts and bruises can be rated Safe.

Not to be confused with the gore tag. To put it simply, blood is for blood, whereas gore is for exposed fleshy bits or bones. Although gore often features blood, blood by itself isn't enough to be tagged as gore.
