Hardlight is a fictional type of technology or magic where an item (such as a futuristic device or magical artifact) or a character is capable of projecting tangible holograms. Meaning that the holographic constructs can collide and interact with the world as if they were solid matter. It can be anything from an object, tools, weapons, projectiles, clothes, armor, vehicles, buildings to even entities. It differs from regular energy projection as hardlight constructs appear more stable in form and more solid in visual appearance (as opposed to being a blazing or crackling blob or cloud of energy in the vague shape of something). Typically appearing as a glowing translucent object.
