Balls is the informal name for one of the two external parts of the male genitalia (the other being the penis).
"Balls" collectively refers to the testicles and scrotum: the testicles are a pair of organs that produce sperm and testosterone; while the scrotum is specifically the sack of skin that holds the testicles. Testicles are the male equivalent to the female ovaries. This tag may be applied to male, as well as intersex (maleherm, herm and gynomorph) characters when their balls are clearly visible.

Notes on Tagging
- In all cases, images tagged "balls" should be rated Explicit.
- If balls are not clearly visible, but their outline is discernible through clothing, use balls outline instead
- If the outline of the balls is not visible, and there is merely a bulge, use bulge instead
- For the purposes of tagging, when used without any additional tags describing size, the "balls" tag is often used to describe what can subjectively be described as "normal" or "average" sized balls (see examples above) as opposed to noticeably large or small balls.
