A small tuft of fur located on the center of the chest of a character, most commonly used to accent breasts as well as to emphasize the fluffiness of the fur.
Not to be confused with:
- A neck_tuft, which goes around the entire neck of the character; or
- A fluffy_chest, where the fluffy fur extends across the entire chest in general rather than just one specific place.
