Monster Girl is a genre of pornography that originated in Japan, and was first popularized by Kenkou Cross.

Typical Monster Girls have a human torso and face with some slightly animal- or monster-like traits such as horns, tail and wings. The difference between an anthro_female and a monstergirl is that an anthro has an animal's head (with, perhaps, human-like hair) and bears fur on her otherwise human-like torso, whereas a monstergirl's trunk and face are entirely human (barring ex. pastel skin tones for Blue/Red oni and demon girls), and resembles a cosplayer rather than the "full fursuit."

Monster Girls are almost exclusively female, and need to mate with human males to reproduce. Their typical habits include husband hunting, insatiable lust and feeding on human semen.
