UTAU is a Japanese singing program that uses archives of phonemes in .wav format, to rearrange and make into a song. It's completely free, and has a large online following, due to these voicebanks having personifications. There's a portion of UTAUloids that are furry in design, which is why this article is even here.
UTAU is basically a freeware version of VOCALOID, a more popular (but costly) singing program.
