Character: blair

A character from the mixed-media series Soul Eater. Blair is in fact a cat filled with magical powers the equivalent of a witch, which often gets her mistaken as a witch when a Meister comes to find a witch's soul to transform their weapon into a Deathscythe.

In her true form Blair is a small black cat with a large witch's hat and distinctive amulet (which she wears in human form as well). In her human form Blair is a tall, buxom, alluring, and flirtatious female. Blair is not opposed to using her feminine attributes to get what she wants from male characters and is fiercely competitive with any other female remotely as attractive.
