When a character's penis is shown to be penetrating (vaginal or anal are most common) to the point where the penis cannot go any deeper. Usually only the character's scrotum is seen, not the shaft of the penis.

Despite its name, it doesn't mean the receiver's body must touch the balls to qualify. Contact with the pelvis, or even the sheath, is enough, in the idea that the penis cannot go further. The rest is only matter of positioning, especially in terms of size difference.

Not to be confused with

• deep_penetration - Penetration that goes deeply inside of a character. This would apply if the penetrative object is long enough, or the penetrated character is small enough, but does not always indicate how much of the object or body part is inside of the character. This tag may apply in a balls deep scenario, but the depth of the penetration needs to be apparent in the image and meet the requirements of the deep penetration tag.
• deep_throat - A similar concept to deep penetration in that it depends on the size of the penis itself rather than how much of it is inside of the character.
