Meta: flash conversion

Video conversions of non-interactive or minimally interactive Macromedia/Adobe Flash (.swf) files.

This allows these files to be viewed on modern machines and web browsers, which no longer have the ability to play back Flash.

Tools used for conversions typically include ffdec, Swivel, and ffmpeg.
