Kurozumi Tama, commonly known as O-Tama is a kunoichi in training.

She has a power from eating the Millet-Millet Fruit which allows her to pull dumplings from her cheek. These dumplings brainwash any animal or animal-human hybrid that eats them to see Otama as their master. The effect lasts for one month, after which creatures effected are free to choose how they feel about Otama again. A notable victim of this power is speed_(one_piece)
