Note that the word "eunuch" in english can be a false friend, as some other languages, such as French or German, use the equivalent word to describe a man who had both his penis and testicles removed. The correct translation in those cases would instead be castrat and kastrat, respectively, while the preferred term for someone who underwent complete genital ablation in English is instead nullo.
