Butt to cheek describes scenes where a character's (facial) cheek is resting on, or squished against another character's butt cheek, or entire butt (not to be confused with cheek to cheek).
This is often a done as a part of the character appreciating the other's behind, often while hugging their butt (and may involve other acts of worship or affection). It may also be a part of using another character's butt as a pillow, or alternatively involve a character's head/face being squished against a buttock unintentionally or against their will. Butt to cheek contact can also happen when a character's face/head is in between butts with the other characters' buttocks squishing either side of their face.
