Character: mertle edmonds
Mildred Pearl "Mertle" Edmonds is a character from the Lilo & Stitch franchise who is Lilo Pelekai's classmate at her hālau hula and her main rival. She has red hair and wears round glasses. She is portrayed as an elitist spoiled brat who bullies Lilo for being "weird". She is also the leader of a posse consisting of her and three fellow classmates named Elena, Teresa, and Yuki, who follow Mertle wherever she goes and support her in belittling Lilo. In Lilo & Stitch: The Series, she adopts a dog named Gigi, who is actually one of Jumba Jookiba's genetic experiments (Experiment 007).
