Sweatdrop describes a character with 1-3 drops or beads of sweat, usually on their face, in more stylized cases, the drop can be a single large symbolic tear dropshape on, or beside, the character's head. In both cases, sweatdrop(s) indicate nervousness, confusion, exasperation, or embarrassment...

When a character shows at least one drop of sweat present on a part of their body (arms, belly, chest, face etc...)
It doesn't matter where the drops are, the character may very well be covered in sweat: this doesn't prevent the tag from being used.
Please try to use also sweat for generally sweaty characters
