star polygon
A star polygon refers to a pointed star shape, often made by skipping every 2/3 vertices while drawing a regular polygon. The shape is the geometric representation of a celestial star. Actual stars are difficult to physically depict in their natural form outside of a night sky or spacescape, and polygons are used in their place. This concept shares the star tag with celestial stars.
