When a character's anus is pressed against a transparent surface.

This almost always involves a character's butt cheeks being pressed against the surface as well unless the character has an extremely large and puffy anus. This also frequently involves the character's genitals being pressed against the surface.

Note that this requires the anus physically squished against the surface, not merely visible in an ass on glass image.
