fully impaled
The end result of an impalement through the anus or vagina - the penetrating object has pierced all the way through the victim's body, causing extreme damage to their internal organs. For (hopefully) obvious reasons, this is a fatal wound: anyone injured in this way is either dying or already dead.
If the victim somehow survived anyway, they obviously have no internal organs.
