The Billy Roll (also known as the Smiling Sausage or the Meat Clown) specifically has the pattern of a clown's smiling face. The product is a popular sandwich filling in Ireland where it is sold more per capita than anywhere else in Europe, and gained interest online in the later 2010s due to rise in popularity of clowns.
