A form of oral where the receiving partner is below the penetrating partner (usually kneeling or crouching) and has their neck craned backward to accommodate the penetrating partner. The characters should be oriented in opposite directions and the receiving partner's body should be below the point of penetration rather than in front of it. If they are oriented in the same direction, jackhammer_position applies instead. If the receiving partner is more horizontally oriented (lying on their front or on all fours), use face_mounting instead.

Not to be confused with

• jackhammer_position (partners facing in same direction instead of opposite directions)
• face_mounting (penetrated partner doesn't have their neck craned upward or their body is more in front of the penetrating partner rather than below the point of penetration)
• throat_swabbing (penetrated partner is lying on their back or otherwise more horizontally oriented rather than primarily below the point of penetration)
• reverse_piledriver_position
