A dress which is so short that it just barely covers the butt and genitals, or is even shorter than that. Similar to the difference between skirt and miniskirt.

If the dress would normally be longer and only appears short, use raised_dress instead. If a character is lifting the dress up so that it appears shorter, use dress_lift as well.
