• inflating - This should in theory always apply. Just holding one of these bubbles in the mouth can be viewed as inflating the bubble. Although if the character is floating via the bubble, the inflating theme probably wouldn't apply, and the character would not technically be "blowing" the bubble in that frame, the floating would take priority.
