Tagging notes

- This tag is primarily used to distinguish between character inflatable, and object inflation, which avoids the need to use inflation tags for inanimate objects. This tag may apply to all manner of inflatables, as well as bubbles as long as it seems likely that an object is actively being filled.
- This tag doesn't include condoms, see filled_condom.
- This tag might include liquids, but that aspect is still being worked out. Consider using either filled_[concept] (e.g. filled_condom), or filling_[concept] (e.g. filling_water_balloon) instead.
