A character created on 4chan's /trash/ board circa 2018 by an anonymous artist, cobbed together from thread suggestions and interactions with anons. It's remained a fairly present part of the threads since that time. The artist behind exxy remains unknown, although is assumed to have been a lurker of said threads.
