The utrom are a race of technologically advanced aliens from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe. In many comic book issues and the 2003-television series, the utroms are depicted as a peaceful race. However, the 2012-series, as well as some factions seen in the comics are depicted as hostile, such as the Kraang.

Their appearance is somewhat similar to that of a human brain, but with two eyes and two rows of sharp teeth. They prefer the use of humanoid exoskeletons and hoverpads, as it helps them in their means of mobility and transport. They don't however, like to walk on their tentacles as they find it rather uncomfortable and tiring, unlike their 2012-counterparts who do not suffer this issue.
