Stirrup Clothing is and should only be used when the Stirrup_socks/Stockings/Leggings or any other pretty much entertwines with or conncects to the rest of the clothing worn by the character.

EX: Skin tight suits that end with stirrups and cannot be distinguished if it is any of the above mentioned or IS in fact connected to the rest of the clothing.
EX: Imagine a jumpsuit that ends with stirrups.
EX: Gym wear, some leotards, etc.
